  A real gem of a material store. Actually this is much, much more than a store, more of a lifestyle place. They have dozens of fabrics or every color, which they sell and also use to make a multitude of different household items. Friendly and helpful staff :-)

  I'd give the product 5 stars but the service zero stars. This lady was so rude I refused to spend money with her. No acknowledgement on arrival and when I asked a question I was treated as a distraction. My wife was also treated in the same way. If you can't treat your customers with some civility you should not be in the retail business.

  Wir waren 30 min. im Laden, wurden knapp gegrüßt und dann nicht mehr beachtet. Nach dem wir uns umgeschaut hatten, haben wir auf eine Verkäuferin gewartet und alle 3 im Laden haben das auch gesehen, es hat sie aber nicht interessiert. So sind wir wieder gegangen, denn die Stoffe hätten uns nach so viel Unfreundlichkeit & Arroganz auch keine Freude mehr bereitet

  Long time customers, having spent a small fortune over the years on these beautiful fabrics, finally moving away to other producers in Lloseta and Santa Maria because of the extremely poor and uninterested customer service. Not even an 'Hello' upon entering the place. Treated more like a nuisance than a customer. Spend your money elsewhere.

  Einfach sehr schöne Stoffe! Und diese Auswahl ! Die zwei Verkäuferinnen waren freundlich und auf Anfrage wurde uns der ausgewählte Stoff zugeschnitten . Auf die Frage,wo der Stoff hergestellt wird ,konnten wir sogar die Werkstatt besichtigen. Es wurde uns alles erklärt und unsere Fragen beantwortet.vielen Dank und ich freue mich jetzt auf Zuhause um den tollen Stoff zu verarbeiten

  Wir waren auf Mallorca und sind extra nur nach Pollenca gefahren, um diese wunderschönen Stoffe zu kaufen.
